The Ermita does not follow a calendar — it follows the rhythm of the land.
Spring brings gardens in bloom, walks of foraging, tables dressed with the first greens. Summer gifts us stargazing dinners, constellations above, music and open fire below. Autumn has harvest evenings with wine, olives, mushrooms, and bread warm from the oven. Winter comes with tastings by the fire — honey, herbal liqueurs, almonds, cheeses.
